Current Class Schedule

We currently offer 16 classes a week.  All of our classes are designed by our instructors with you in mind.  All classes can be taken by all ages and experience.  We have modifications for our classes to help you when you are first starting out or haven't taken a group fitness class.  All classes are smaller typically 5-12 so we are able to make sure that you are doing the workout with correct form and to give attention were needed.
