Here at Lake Side Fit and Wellness we now offer a few new services to our 24/7 gym and fitness studio.  We are pleased to announce that we are offering Full spectrum infrared Sauna services, and Medical grade full spectrum red light therapy in our gym.

Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna Therapy

Infrared therapy is low temperature dry heat therapy, using comfortable temperatures that are adjustable and average 100°F to 130 °F. These lower temperatures allow you to sweat faster and to tolerate a longer sauna session offering greater therapeutic benefit.

Stand Up Tanning

We offer stand up tanning with 42 160w bulbs. The ProSun V3 is perfect for those who feel uncomfortable in tight spaces, the new design allows for an open feeling and large front swinging door that can be left partially open while tanning. The open top generates a refreshing breeze and allows users to feel comfortable inside the unit. For a cooler session the V3 has a 4 speed body cooling fan that can be controlled directly from the digital display inside the unit.
