Kids Gymnastics
Our program is specifically designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and engaging environment. Children are introduced to each piece of gymnastics apparatus as they are taught introductory gymnastics skills and body positions that help develop coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. This program also helps practice social skills by working with a group, following instructions, and builds self-esteem, all from the fundamentals of gymnastics.
Since 2019 when we first opened offering group fitness classes our goal was to offer a place for people to come to be able to get a good workout in and enjoy fitness. We added a 24 hour gym in 2020 and since then we have added and upgraded our equipment for you to be able to try new workouts and push you to become the best version of yourself.
We offer some of the best equipment around to give you the best workouts. Some of the brands we offer include Rogue, Titan Fitness, Body Solid, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Trx, Rep, Troy, Concept 2, Assault fitness, and the list goes on.
